Power.Win banner: where to bet on league of legends

Last updated: 29 September 2026

Quick Answer: You can bet on League of Legends at sportsbooks that list esports, including crypto sportsbooks like Power.Win, which carries LoL match and map markets. On 29 September 2026 its LoL board showed match winner, map handicap, total maps and map-winner bets, settled under published esports rules. Check its age, location and disconnect rules before you bet.

LoL betting is easy to find and easy to misread. The market list is short, the maths of a three-map series isn’t obvious, and one clock decides what happens to your bet when a player drops: the 10th minute of the map.

On Power.Win, a disconnect in the first 10 minutes that can’t be fixed voids the affected bets on that map and match; after minute 10, bets stand on the official result (Esports: League of Legends 2.4.2).

The 2026 World Championship runs from 15 October to 14 November, and it wasn’t on the board yet when we checked on 29 September.

Where can you bet on League of Legends?

You can bet on League of Legends at any sportsbook that lists LoL as its own esports game, and the Power.Win sportsbook is one worked example. On 29 September 2026 its LoL section listed five competitions:

  • LCS 2026 Summer Playoffs
  • 2026 World Star Challengers Invitational
  • EMEA Masters 2026 Summer Swiss Stage
  • CBLOL 2027 Promotion
  • LCS 2027 Promotion

Four things make a LoL book worth your time: named LoL tournaments, map markets, published esports rules with a League of Legends heading, and support for the currency you hold.

Power.Win meets all four. LoL sits in the esports list beside Counter-Strike, Valorant, Dota 2, Rainbow Six, King of Glory and Mobile Legends. The match pages carry map tabs. The Sportsbook Rules have a 2.4 League of Legends heading. Funding is crypto only.

If you’re comparing esports betting across several crypto books rather than LoL alone, Esports Betting Sites That Accept Crypto sets out what to compare.

How do you bet on League of Legends?

To bet on League of Legends, you open the esports section, pick a LoL tournament and match, choose a market, read the price and check the settlement rule before you confirm. The whole job takes five steps.

  1. Find the match. Esports, then League of Legends, then the tournament. Start times shown are for indication only (Esports general rules 1.2).
  2. Pick a tab. On Power.Win a LoL match shows Main, Bet Builder, Match, and one tab per map (Map 1, Map 2, Map 3).
  3. Read the price. A decimal price turns into an implied probability with 1 ÷ odds. A 1.60 price implies 62.5%.
  4. Check the rule. LoL settlement sits under the 2.4 League of Legends heading, with the general esports rules above it.
  5. Set the stake last. Decide what the match is worth to you before the slip opens, not after.

Here’s the arithmetic on step 3. Say you put $20 on Team A to win the match at 1.60. If Team A wins, you get $32 back: your $20 stake plus $12 profit.

If Team B wins, you lose the $20. The price says the book rates Team A’s chance at 62.5% before its margin comes out.

What LoL betting odds and markets can you bet on?

LoL betting odds cover the series and each map inside it. On a three-map EMEA Masters match checked on 29 September 2026, Power.Win showed six market types, all built on map results.

The table sets out each one, what it asks and whether it was on the board that day.

Market What you’re betting on Settles on On Power.Win, 29 Sep 2026
Winner Which team takes the series Official series result Yes
Map handicap (±1.5) −1.5: your team wins 2–0. +1.5: your team takes at least one map Official map score Yes
Total maps (over/under 2.5) Over: the series goes to map 3. Under: it ends 2–0 either way Number of maps played Yes
First / Second / Third map – winner Which team wins that one map Result at the end of that map Yes
“Team wins at least one map” Your team doesn’t lose 0–2 Official map score Yes
Bet Builder Several markets from the same match, every leg must win General rules 4.4.13 Yes
First blood, first tower, dragon, baron, total kills In-game events some books price In-game stream Not seen

The in-game markets in the last row exist at some sportsbooks, but they weren’t on Power.Win’s LoL board on 29 September, so don’t plan a bet around them. For how match, map and handicap markets work across every esports title, see Esports Betting Markets Explained.

How do map chances turn into series odds?

A series price comes from the per-map chance, and the gap grows with every map. Take a team with an assumed 60% chance of winning any single map, with maps treated as independent:

  • Wins 2–0 (the −1.5 handicap): 0.6 × 0.6 = 36%.
  • Series goes to map 3 (over 2.5 maps): 2 × 0.6 × 0.4 = 48%.
  • Wins the series: 36% + (48% × 0.6) = 64.8%.

So a team you’d rate at 60% per map is closer to 65% for a three-map series.

Compare that with the book’s implied probability, and remember both sides of a real price add up to more than 100%. If Team A is 1.60 and Team B 2.35, the implied probabilities are 62.5% and 42.6%, a 105.1% total. Those extra 5.1 points are the overround, the margin built into the two prices. These are illustrative prices, not a Power.Win line.

How does LoL live betting work?

LoL live betting is possible wherever a book runs an in-play board, and Power.Win’s esports rules cover live offers. If a team retires mid-series, only completed maps are resulted and the live offer moves to a new match ID (Esports general rules 1.9). Check the match page once play starts.

Live Betting With Crypto on Power.Win covers how in-play prices move.

How are LoL bets settled when a player disconnects?

On Power.Win, a LoL disconnect in the first 10 minutes voids affected bets on that map and match if the player can’t reconnect or be replaced; after the 10th minute, bets stand on the official result. That’s Esports: League of Legends 2.4.2, and the same 10-minute line governs admin wins under 2.4.3.

What happens Rule (with its heading) Effect on your bet
A map starts with fewer than 10 competitors Esports: League of Legends 2.4.1 All bets on that map are void
Disconnect in the first 10 minutes, no reconnect or replacement Esports: League of Legends 2.4.2 Affected bets on that map and match are void
Disconnect or quit after the 10th minute Esports: League of Legends 2.4.2 Bets stand on the official result
Walkover or admin win in the first 10 minutes Esports: League of Legends 2.4.3 Undecided bets on that map and match are void
Admin win after the 10th minute Esports: League of Legends 2.4.3 Bets stand on the official result
Match paused or postponed, not rescheduled within 24 hours Esports general rules 1.3 All bets on the match are void
Organizer declares a walkover win Esports general rules 1.8 All bets are void
Market wording on overtime Esports general rules 1.10 Markets include overtime unless the market name says otherwise
Match format changes from the one offered Esports general rules 1.11 The sportsbook may void all bets
Match or map replayed for organizer or technical reasons Esports general rules 1.14 Affected markets are void; the replay is a new match

Rule numbers repeat across the sub-documents of the rules page, so always read a number with its heading. A bare “2.4.2” could point to another sport.

What does minute 7 versus minute 14 do to two open bets?

Say you’ve staked $20 on Team A to win map 2 and $30 on Team A to win the series. In map 2, a Team B player disconnects at minute 7 and can’t reconnect or be replaced.

Under 2.4.2, both are affected bets on that map and match, so both are voided and your $50 comes back.

Now move the disconnect to minute 14. Both bets stand on the official result. If Team A takes map 2 and the series, both win. If Team B holds on, both lose. The same player drops in the same map, and the clock alone decides which outcome applies.

How does betting on the LoL World Championship work?

You can bet Worlds two ways: match and map bets on each game, and outright bets on the eventual champion where a book prices them.

Worlds 2026 runs from 15 October to 14 November 2026 across three US host venues, with 19 teams, according to Riot’s official MSI and Worlds update.

Stage Dates (2026) Venue Format noted by Riot
Play-In Stage 15–18 October Riot Games Arena, Los Angeles Four teams, double-elimination best-of-5, one advances
Swiss Stage 23–26 and 28–31 October Credit Union of Texas Event Center, Allen, Texas Not stated on the update page
Knockout Stage 3–8 November (quarterfinals 3–6, semifinals 7–8) Credit Union of Texas Event Center, Allen, Texas Not stated on the update page
Grand Final 14 November Barclays Center, Brooklyn Not stated on the update page

The 19 slots break down as three teams each from the LCK, LCS, LCP, LEC and LPL, two from the CBLOL, the MSI champion, and one more team from the region that finished second at MSI.

Worlds wasn’t listed on Power.Win’s LoL board on 29 September 2026, so check the esports section once the Play-Ins get close rather than assuming which markets will open.

Format matters to the price: a best-of-5 Play-In series leaves more room for the stronger team than a single map does. If a match is played in a different format from the one offered, Esports general rules 1.11 lets the sportsbook void the bets.

For official rulebooks, rulings and the player contract database, Riot publishes them on its Competitive Operations site for League of Legends.

What age and location checks apply to LoL betting?

Sportsbooks set a minimum age and block countries they don’t serve. Power.Win’s terms name the countries it doesn’t serve, and its identity verification is tiered and triggered, not skipped. Online gambling rules vary by country and state. Check your local law and the site’s terms before you bet.

The checks run in layers. A location check decides whether the site serves you at all; age and identity checks come in when the terms or an account action call for them, such as a withdrawal review.

The LoL markets described here sit on Power.Win, which is licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission, licence 0000209, operated by 3-102-968317 SRL (Costa Rica). Worlds 2026 being held in the United States is a schedule detail, not a reason to bet from any particular place.

What should a LoL betting site show before you bet?

A LoL betting site should show you, before you stake anything, which LoL tournaments it lists, which map markets it prices, how it settles disconnects and replays, and who operates and licenses it. If you can’t find those basics, you can’t hold the book to its own terms.

  1. LoL listed by tournament. Named events such as the LCS or EMEA Masters.
  2. Map markets. Map winner, map handicap and total maps, not only a series winner.
  3. A LoL rules heading. A published 10-minute line on disconnects and admin wins.
  4. Operator and licence in the footer. A company name and a licence number you can look up.
  5. Responsible-gambling tools. Deposit limits, wagering limits and self-exclusion you set yourself.

Power.Win shows all five, and each one traces to a page you can open today.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the most common LoL bets?

Match winner and map winner are the core LoL bets, because every series produces both results. On the LoL match checked on Power.Win’s board on 29 September 2026, the Main tab opened with a Winner market and a winner market for each map, with handicap and total maps alongside them.

Are LoL odds different for best-of-1 and best-of-5?

Yes. The longer the series, the more the stronger team’s edge shows. A team with a 60% chance per map wins a best-of-1 60% of the time, a best-of-3 about 64.8% and a best-of-5 about 68.3%, so its price shortens as the format lengthens.

Can you bet on LoL with crypto?

Yes. Power.Win runs on crypto only, so every LoL bet is funded from a crypto balance, and there’s no fiat deposit route. How to Deposit and Withdraw on Power.Win walks through the wallet, networks and fees.

What happens to a bet if a LoL match is remade?

If a match or map is replayed because of an organizer or technical issue, Esports general rules 1.14 voids the affected markets and treats the replay as a new match. A map that starts with fewer than 10 players is void under 2.4.1.

Does a walkover void a LoL bet?

Yes. A walkover win declared by the organizer voids all bets under Esports general rules 1.8, and a walkover or admin win in a map’s first 10 minutes voids undecided bets on that map and match under 2.4.3. An admin win after minute 10 stands on the official result.

Reading the rules tells you how a League of Legends bet resolves, not whether it wins, and the sportsbook’s margin is built into every price you see.
